The very heart of Our Lady of Peace School is our Catholic Identity. It is together as stakeholders (pastors, parishioners, parents, teachers, staff, and students) that our spiritual and intellectual values will permeate the environment and culture of our schools, overflowing into the wider community. Our prayer life, our sacramental life, our commitment to a sound doctrinal and social teaching, our unwavering moral education and formation, and our constant vigilance in advancing a rigorous academic program – together allow our Catholic Identity to be a genuine and concrete experience of our faith and Christian way of life here at Our Lady of Peace School.
It is my firm resolve, as your pastor, that the commitment of Our Lady of Peace School within a diverse and contemporary city will in no way compromise the expectations that define our educational mission here at Our Lady of Peace. And my prayer is that “We” will allow the Word of God to go forth, for the torch has been entrusted to us - the Community of Christ the Servant - to be passed to our youngest generation entrusted to us here at Our Lady of Peace School.
- Monsignor Gaetano
